The New Humanism (Association) exists for 20 years. Since 2001, we have educated thousands of people from different industries that had the same goal – to implement humanism in their lives and businesses.
The education that lasts for 6 months will be beneficial in three different ways.
For starters, practicing humanism responsibility will bring a big change in your life. You will finally get the desire to be stronger than the external influence and the person aware of his qualities and talents. However, you will also bring a lot of positivity and optimism to your life which will result in additional satisfaction and joy.
Despite that, our students will also manage to use the principles of humanism and boost productivity within their company. It doesn’t matter whether you are an entrepreneur or simply a manager within a company. Understanding the psychological, esteem, and self-actualization needs will help you boost their productivity. Thanks to our program, using the right methods do to that is no longer going to be a problem.
Finally, the list of benefits does not end here. Thanks to the license that you will have after going through our program, you will also get the opportunity to teach other people as a licensed humanism supporter. That can potentially boost your career and allow you to start your own business. If you are creative enough, you may manage to make an upgraded version of everything you learned with us. How Does Our Program Look
Logically, the program itself starts with the basics. For a couple of days, we will try to explain what humanism is, which therapies and methods you can use when working with other people, and why it can be beneficial for your own life. After you boost your theoretical knowledge, you will have the opportunity to talk with other humanistic experts, hear some real-life examples of how they helped someone else.
Finally, the last stage (after three months) is probably the most entertaining. You will get the opportunity to apply your knowledge as an assistant to humanistic experts. After one month, when you get the real-life example, we will let you talk with patients, try to motivate a team, or do whatever it takes to see how effective your education was. In other words, our program will prepare you to promote humanistic principles immediately after the program ends.
Who Is This Program For?
No, you do not have to be a humanist to participate in the program. However, something you will have to do is to check out what humanism is all about. It is much better to start the program if you know that the ideas we share are something you will appreciate.
